Presentation of valid identification documents (identity card and national card) for all persons and privacy documents (identity card) for couples is required.
The rate of stay for non-Iranian guests is different. In order to inquire about the exact rate, please contact support.
The documents required to accept a foreign guest include the original passport along with a visa and a stamp of entry into Iran with validity and expiration dates.
It is not possible to change the name for a registered reservation, and the room will only be delivered to the person whose name the reservation is in. During the registration of the reservation, the details of all the guests must be entered correctly.
The minimum age to get a room individually is 18 years old.
All adults in a room must be confidential. Acceptance of Iranian and foreign nationalities in a room/suite/cottage/apartment/villa... is subject to privacy.
The complex does not accept pets.
According to hotel rules, in case of defective identification documents and lack of authentication or non-compliance with any of the mentioned rules, it is not possible to accept and the paid fee will not be refunded. In this regard, there is no responsibility towards the hotel or the company.

Darboom ecological residence is located in Arzanfood village and 25 km from Hamadan city.
Extra sleeping service is provided as a sleeping floor
Sleeping service in Gerdoo room is provided as a sleeping floor service.
The rooms do not have private toilets and bathrooms; This complex has two toilets, a bathroom and a public toilet inside the yard.
Elderly people and families with small children should note that the rooms are on the first floor and have stairs.
