• Cancellation requests for reservations during non-peak times can be made without penalty up to 6 days before the guest's arrival date. • Cancellations made up to 5 days before the arrival date will incur a 30% penalty of the first night’s reservation. • Cancellations made up to 3 days before the arrival date will incur a 50% penalty of the first night’s reservation. • Cancellations made up to 1 day before the arrival date will incur a 100% penalty of the first night’s reservation. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the arrival date will result in a final penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.

• Accommodation for children under 2 years old (if not using services) is free of charge, and the age range for accommodation for children between 2 to 6 years old (if not using services) is charged at half price. It is worth mentioning that free and half-price accommodation is calculated for only one child.
