Presentation of valid identification documents (identity card and national card) for all persons and privacy documents (identity card) for couples is required. It is possible to accept valid marriage certificate of non-native Iranian couples with a prominent seal and presentation of birth certificate and national card of couples (male and female). The rate of stay for non-Iranian guests is different. In order to inquire about the exact rate, please contact Fly Today support. The complex is not allowed to accept Afghan guests. The documents required to accept foreign guests include the original passport with visa and Iran entry stamp with validity and expiration date. It is not possible to change the name for a registered reservation, and the room is only available to the person whose name is reserved. It will be delivered to him. During the registration of the reservation, the details of all the guests must be entered correctly. The minimum age to get a room individually is 18 years old. All adults in a room must be confidential. Acceptance of Iranian and foreign nationalities in a room/suite/cottage/apartment/villa... is subject to privacy. The complex does not accept pets. According to hotel rules, in case of defective identification documents and lack of authentication or non-compliance with any of the mentioned rules, it is not possible to accept and the paid fee will not be refunded.
