The complex is not allowed to accept foreign guests.
Presentation of valid identification documents (identity card and national card) for all persons and privacy documents (identity card) for couples is required..
It is not possible to change the name for a registered reservation, and the room will only be delivered to the person whose name the reservation is in. During the registration of the reservation, the details of all the guests must be entered correctly.
The minimum age to get a room individually is 18 years old.
All adults in a room must be confidential. Acceptance of Iranian and foreign nationalities in a room/suite/cottage/apartment/villa... is subject to privacy.
The complex does not accept pets.
According to hotel rules, in case of defective identification documents and lack of authentication or non-compliance with any of the mentioned rules, it is not possible to accept and the paid fee will not be refunded. In this regard, there is no responsibility towards the hotel or the company.
